Great customer service! Great stroller!, April 25, 2011 By This review is from: Phil and Teds Explorer With Doubles Kit in Apple (Baby Product) While putting the Explorer together, I found a very minor problem. I emailed the local boutique I purchased the stroller from and attached pictures of the issue. The store owner responded straight away, saying they'd order a replacement part. Within 2 business days, a customer service rep from P&T emailed me for my shipping address, and thanked me for sending pictures of the problem. It was awesome to have such personal and prompt attention to a relatively minor issue. I couldn't be happier that we choose a P&T stroller. On to the stroller itself: I am a former die-hard BOB owner. But the BOB duallie does not hold a candle to the P&T Explorer with the Doubles Kit. My 17 month old daughter loves riding in the front and the back. She's happy and cozy in the DK on the back - I think she thinks it's like a cave :) She also likes riding in the main seat, especially since the seat sits up so straight and she can put her feet on the bump bar.
